Chapel Ridge Watch...

Keep your eyes open new things are coming to our community!!!

As approved at the Annual Meeting in November Chapel Ridge is getting a Playground. It will be located on our storm drain lot at the East end of 1st St NE! A Fence will also be going up for added safety of our kids. Please keep watch for liability release forms and rules of the playground! We all are responsible for watching for vandalism and regulating our park! Let's work together to keep our playground nice! Thanks 2016 Board for your speedy work on getting this park up! Funds for this special project was funded with surplus funds from road work that Lennar paid for! Thank you, Lennar!

Annual Meeting and Ballots

Thank you to those who attended our Annual meeting, this was our best show of owners yet. You all received a nomination form prior to the meeting and those who wanted to join had to be present for our meeting. Thank you Jordan Scott for your presence and interest in joining the board. Today we have our ballots going out to all of you. Please cast your vote for the 5 members you wish to see on your community board. Don't forget 1 vote per household, and we need the ballots signed and returned by November 29th! Thank you for your participation!

WELCOME to Chapel Ridge Home Owners Association

Chapel Ridge Home Owners Association located in beautiful Lake Stevens, Washington is comprised of 56 homes near Frontier Village.

Our new HOA is comprised of 5 members:

President: Nicole Couevas

Vice President: Lindsey Legaspi

Treasurer: Ruben Velazquez

Secretary: Robyn Weber

Director: Mary Bowers

We all look forward to providing our community with an organized and efficient board of representatives. As a member of our community we hope you will join any volunteer opportunities that arise and that you know your voice is heard. Our meetings take place the second Tuesday every 3 months if you are interested in attending let our property management company know or email us. Let us know if you are interested in attending as we need a head count.
